Important Update December 31, 2007
On December 17, 2007 the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 was signed into law. While generally applauded for improving auto mileage standards, and mandating higher efficiencies for many energy-consuming products, it is one very significant way a serious disappointment.Despite the efforts of many in Congress, the provisions for most residential tax credits, included those for extension of the $300 Federal tankless tax credit, were stripped from the bill at the last minute. Therefore, unless further action is passed, the $300 Federal tax incentive WILL NOT be available for installations after December 31, 2007.
Many people are still working diligently to renew these incentives but as of now they will not be available in 2008.

In 2005, Rinnai worked hard to get tax credits for tankless water heaters included in the energy bill and their efforts paid off! For the first time, consumers can now not only save money every month heating their water with a Rinnai, but can also receive a $300 tax credit toward the full purchase price of a qualifying energy-efficient, Rinnai tankless water heater.
Unlike antiquated hot water tanks that heat and reheat the same water 24 hours a day, Rinnai's on-demand water heating technology is more efficient because it only heats water when it is needed. That means a never-ending supply of hot water and no more paying to heat water that you're not using!
Save Money Each Month & Get There Faster With Rinnai
When compared to tank-type water heaters, Rinnai models are more energy efficient and, on average, cost less every month to operate. Now you can own your Rinnai even faster by taking advantage of the $300 tax credit for qualifying models.Rinnai's Digital Control Pad Technology Puts You In Control
Exclusive to Rinnai is a digital control pad installed separately from the wall-mounted heating unit, allowing users to control the temperature of their water for various needs around the home. Once the temperature is set, Rinnai constantly delivers hot water at that desired temperature. This feature has great utility in households with small children and seniors to help prevent scalding accidents.Space Saving Unit Designed For a Variety of Interior or Exterior Installations
Rinnai offers flexibility in its wall-mounted locations. Should the consumer prefer to mount the unit indoors, it safely uses no indoor make-up air and vents directly to the atmosphere. Because it is roughly the size of a piece of carry-on luggage, the Rinnai can be mounted on the exterior of a home, freeing up valuable floor and closet space. The unit can be placed in a recessed box, flush-mounted and painted or textured to match the exterior of the home.Never-Ending Hot Water Rinnai's tankless water heater can not only save you money, but you'll never have to worry about running out of hot water again. It's designed to continuously heat water as you are using it and only when you're using it.
